Six steps to every product
Every Erkul Cosmetics product passes through the same six steps, from the R&D laboratory to shipment. Every step is documented; every product is traceable.

Formulation and R&D
New formulas are developed in Erkul Cosmetics' in-house R&D centre in line with the EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC 1223/2009). Colour, texture and wear are validated through laboratory and user testing before any product reaches the market.

Raw material and microbiology control
Pigments and raw materials sourced from Europe and the Americas, compliant with the EU Cosmetics Regulation, are tested physically, chemically and microbiologically in our own laboratories before entering production.

Manufacturing to GMP standard
Production takes place in the 36,000 m² indoor facility in Istanbul under ISO 22716 Cosmetic GMP conditions, in a hygienic environment with modern production technology. Every batch is recorded.

We make our own packaging
Tubes, caps, applicators and other plastic packaging components are produced at the new BRC-certified 27,000 m² plant in Esenyurt, commissioned in 2026. Packaging design, mould making, injection moulding and metallised finishing are carried out in-house to GMP standards — which keeps lead times and quality control entirely in our hands.

Product Safety File
Every product undergoes human-safety testing at accredited laboratories in Europe. The expert-assessed Product Safety Report and the Product Safety File kept for each product contain everything required to place the product on the EU market.

Shipment to more than 70 countries
Products reach our business partners and consumers in more than 70 countries across five continents; every shipment is traceable by batch.
